Lu's at 182. If anyone's interested, I've found a pretty solid diet plan (burns fat). If you're looking for fast results, cut out empty carbs - white bread, potatoes, pasta, etc... and of course items high in sugar.

cut out bread, pasta, potatoes, and sugar. as long as none of those things are beer i'm fine. no beer cutting of any kind.
